Community Involvement

The developer of Lupin Beach has worked extensively with neighbors, local officials and members of the community to ensure that the new development will be an asset to the area, while preserving the beauty of South Walton’s natural habitat.

A Community Advisory Panel (CAP) was established and numerous public meetings have been held over many months to solicit vaulable feedback and input from neighbors, environmental groups, local businesses, civic leaders and other interested parties.
